TABLET MANUFACTURING

We can make customized product manufacturing with our different shape and basis weight molds. We provide customized product mold services as requested. A quick and highly efficient manufacturing is carried out with our high speed tablet printing machine.

CAPSULE MANUFACTURING

With our fully automatic capsule machine, it is possible to conduct animal and plant based hard capsule filling. The capsule cleaning and polishing processes are done with the integrated system in our machine.

SOFT CAPSULE MANUFACTURING

Fish oil and oil based mixtures can be manufactured with various mold sizes. Highly efficient manufactures are made possible with the automatic gelatin thickness setting.

SACHET PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Fillings starting from 2 grams can be performed with the fully automatic perforated horizontal vacuum fed filling machine.

POWDERED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Powder filling for both jars and special lids are carried out with our fully automatic scaled machines. The labeling and sleeve labeling can be done on the same line.

LIQUID PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

We execute 50 ml up to 1000 ml of filling with our two different liquid lines with the manufacturing, resting and filling tanks. Our liquid production made by using deionized water are performed with a fully automatic line.
